Tools4Coaching is a coaching tool that you can easily access from everywhere. All you need is an Internet connection and a web browser.
It gives you a professional online presence, but, much more important, it allows you to interact with your clients.
There are two different environments:
- for your clients: a highly customizable web site where your clients sign on and, after authentication, pay your coaching fees, book coaching sessions, fill preparation forms, follow assessment programs, and more (available in english, french and italian);
- for you: a management site where you access your clients data, manage your calendar, check your clients progress with forms and assessment programs, and more (available in english and italian).
You don't have to install software on your personal computer: any common
web browser and Internet connection will work. You can access Tools4coaching from
your desktop computer, from your laptop, even from an internet point.
And you can use any operating system you like: all versions of
Windows, Macintosh and Linux are supported.
The application is entirely hosted on our server. No hassles due to maintenance,
software upgrades, security checks, backups: we take care of everything.

Architecture
The software is an Active Server Pages application on a web server running
Microsoft Windows 2003 Server. The data is hosted on a Microsoft SQL
Server 2000 database. The pages are protected, to guarantee
that only authorized people (you and your clients) can
see the appropriate information. All data is protected following strict security practices.
